Christian Caldwell Recomp is where passions for bodybuilding, strength training, health and wellbeing collide. My desire is to connect with people through the medium of Recomp to help them achieve their physique dreams.
At the core of my philosophy is to track and measure resistance training in accordance with diet and supplementation. The diet is primarily to facilitate training progression and ultimately create a metabolic environment that is optimal for gaining muscle at the expense of body fat. This is ultimately achieved through establishing a positive energy balance sufficient for gaining muscle and building a faster, more efficient metabolism. The primary objective is to build strength, build muscle and burn fat all the while maintaining a healthy body and mind. The end result - a healthy, lean and more muscular physique.
